I have stopped using the Matterport 3D’s all together and switched all new listings to Doola drone flights. Their service is cutting edge, their pilots are amazing and the backend service (Mitch) and editing team are terrific. It would not surprise me that if in 1-year the drone flights are the norm for listings especially with Covid-19 in our lives now and for the foreseeable future.
